Ok have to call you out on this one. I have no problem with you selling parts but at least tell the guy PD's don't have an injector pump. Blanket replies every time someone is looking for parts isn't going to earn you a lot of business.

Onto the OP, is the motor dead or something? That is a lot of parts you are looking for. Have you done the latest glowplug recall? If you haven't then the plugs are dependent on the ecu programming. What turbo are you looking for? Upgrading or stock? What power numbers are you looking for? What wiring harness do you need and why would you ever need to replace one?
If you are looking to upgrade everything it is best to spend some time on the tdiclub.com (or it could even take you weeks, tons of knowledge there) and come up with an upgrade path so you don't go wasting money.

My car engine has issues, it doesn't start. Thanks to the help of a lot of great people I've got a few possible trouble spots. Since it doesn't start I can't take it to get the glowplugs recalled.
My priority is to get it running, but if I can pay a slight bit more and get upgrades that would be great too. Wiring harness is one of the potential trouble spots. First thing I need to do is replace the fuel sender unit.

            No real bother man

As to the non starting have you done any tests on the fuel sending unit? Replaced the fuel filter first? If it is old it could be sealed right up. I think replacing a whole wiring harness would be a lot more expensive then just troubleshooting the existing one if you think it is the problem. You have to pull everything apart to replace it so why not check it out before buying a new one? if there is a bad wire it will likely be near a connector or some type of pinch point anyways.

Re: WTB: parts for 2005 MK4 PD BEW jetta

This is an explanation of my rationale:

I have done some tests there is a lot of bubbling coming from the sender unit. The fuel filter looks clean and new. The tubes don't look damaged so my next step is to replace the sender unit. It is my understanding that it's a common failure.
Wiring harness is next since I have errors coming from the glow plugs(P0672: Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit Fault), next are glow plugs if this fails to fix the problem.
There is a bit too much oil in the EGR for comfort, so very possibly if the turbo has a bearing failed or it's in the process of failing, and/or it's full of oil deposits and will need to be replaced anyway (having a backup turbo in case this is wrong doesn't hurt either).
While I'm at it I'm going to get replacements for all filters in case something get unclogged and dumps a bunch of gunk in one of the filters.
I'm also going to do the timing belt, serpentine and water pump, and adjust the cam because it's the other error I'm getting (P3008: Camshaft position (CMP) sensor - signal limit exceeded).

Hot damn that is a list of problems. Wouldn't it be best to get the car running then take it into the dealer for the replacement glowplugs before changing the glowplug harness (I thought you meant more along the line of engine harness). If you are going to replace the turbo you might as well get a bigger one from somewhere like idparts etc.

I would take it to CAW. They have a really good diesel guy there.

Yes, make a plan of attack for upgrades first as well. There's lots of stuff available that is proven stronger than stock. After all you only want to do it once.

If the wiring harness you are dealing with is the bridge/busbar wiring, there is also a relay up near the drivers side hood vent, and is also a common failure.

@ Stonewall - Well my first step is to get it running, however, if part of getting it running is the glowplug harness that's going to be done. Since my car is a tiptronic (and I want to keep it that way ) I don't want to really upgrade the turbo since that'll require a whole new transmission down the line. I'd prefer to get a tune/chip and then see how it feels.

@ darkmanCANADA - If my repair plan fails, it will be going to Paul to take a look at.

@ CGDoig - You sent me to this forum from tdiclub, thanks - I'm open to suggestions which will work with my current plan and keeping my car with tiptronic and getting a tune/chip.

@ Geobmx4life - Thanks, I'll check that out as well.
