New to the forum and group, just here to show my car and so on.
I go by Bates, from lethbridge Alberta. This is my summer/project car.
It's a 1988 BMW 325iS with a m52b28 engine swap, S52 cams, OBD1, m50, and all the extras. Mated to a ZF transmission with a 4.10 LSD rear end. She goes by Layla and she pulls hard when she hooks.
I've owned the car for a year and a half now roughly. I've done mainly preventative maintenance and various parts. But also e36 steering rack, tie rods in and out from e36. New gas tank as my last one was cracked on a summer adventure.(see picture below) .
Main goals for the car are as most e30 owners, Air ride, Paint, and turbo.
My idea for the hood isn't favourited by a lot of people but I enjoy it, it's currently getting sanded down to a bare metal, mirror like finish. And will remain till the car gets resprayed the colour I have prepared for it.
