  • 2007 Audi S4 B7 Avant - 6 Speed Manual

There are a bunch of pics in this thread here: http://www.eurodrivers.ca/forums/sho...Jacktown/page5

I've purchased a brand new daily so the Avant must go :(

I bought this vehicle from George at Tune dub a little under 2 years ago. I am the 3rd owner.
Since purchasing it I've replaced some common items including the power steering pump and hose as well as the transmission linkage. It was a completely stock car with 129k on it and 2 accidents on file for a combined value of $6000 in repairs. It's a USA car that was purchased brand new in Salt Lake City and driven immediately to Alberta where it is has spent it's whole time in service.

I was planning to purchase a brand new Golf R but after driving this wagon and remarking at the amazing overall condition I changed my plans and decided to buy a used daily for the first time in 6+ years. I'm a bit anal retentive (maybe someone can vouch that for me) so even though the condition was excellent, I embarked on a few projects to make sure that the car appeared better than showroom condition. I was adamant that the car's performance stayed completely stock so there is no tune, air filter or exhaust modifications as they be what fuk up your timing chain yo'. I would sh/t in Jalopnik's mouth if they didn't mean I was able to get such a reasonable deal on this thing in the first place; now you can too.

I recently drove it from Calgary to LA and back. It performed like a mid 2000s German station wagon should, burning one quarter of a quart during the entire trip and never missing a beat. This thing gets looks, nods and thumbs up everywhere it goes (probably more attention than I like) I absolutely love and adore the car but I just have too many things in the fleet and it's hard to justify keeping it.
Full disclosure: Occasionally the check engine light comes on. I scan the codes, it tells me there was a power surge in a memory seat or complains about an O2 sensor. I clear the codes and it disappears for another 3000 - 4000km. This is almost the only issue with the vehicle and if you know your VAG, thats par for the course. What else is wrong with it? A few of the pieces of plastic trim that are screwed to the underneath of the car are slightly cracked/broken.

    What is it?

2007 B7 S4 Avant, Black with Black Recaro interior and Carbon Trim - 161,000km. Every factory option - even has rear door roller blinds and the retractable pet divider. More air bags than a California house wife plus a spare set of winter rubber (Nokian Hakkapalitas on 18" reps)

HRE 401r 19 x 9.5/8.5 wheels with brand new tires (Rebuilt 12 months ago. Lips polished / new paint on outers / new centre caps / resealed)
    FK Coilovers
    Relak Carbon Side skirts
Custom RS grill - Call me and I'll waste half your evening explaining how it was made.
    Custom RS fog light grilles
    Joey Mod headlights
Replaced headlight signal amber bulbs with chrome plated amber bulbs
    New drilled brake rotors
    New pads
    New aluminum brake lines
Repainted calipers original red 2 months ago
    New badges all around
    Brand New windshield
    RS4 pedals
    Audi OEM Rummer Mats
    AUDI RS4 Carpet Mats

    Recent Paint at Maranello:
    Hood
    Fenders
Front Bumper (shaved the side markers while I was at it)
    Rear Bumper
    Rear Quarters

3 Stage Polish with Jed at Mobile Reflections 12 months ago. Paint maintained properly since.
XPel Ultimate application on hood, fenders and front bumper with Jed at Mobile Reflections 12 months ago.

Interior is immaculate other than normal indications of use on the front seats.

Price: $15,900 - if you have any interesting trades, I might be interested. Especially in 16v MK2's or early MK1's.

Happy to show this car most nights and weekends in NW Calgary, near to the foothills hospital.

Feel free to PM me. If I don't respond, apologies in advance for being a little busy. Someone else on the forum might be able to put you in touch with me.

Buddy I've never taken proper pics of this car. We should do a little shoot before it goes.

Thanks. I can't bring myself to put it on Kijiji so it's just here right now. Was kind of hoping someone in the know would buy it and have it stay around.

Sorry to see you selling the B7 Jack, especially at that price ! Someone is going to get a great car at a good price. These are the last of the S4 Manual wagons so get one while you can!

Cheers, Dave. Do you think I listed it for too little? It's a really mint car but I figured the mileage would place it at about my asking price.

I believe the price is fair, I'm just responding based on buying a similar car new in 2008 and seeing what it is worth now. It kind of stings. We don't plan on selling anytime soon so it's a mute point. I wish I had of waited till now to buy one. It is a great car.

Tell your neighbour Lori that Dave says she should buy it!

Haven't been here in ages. I must say that is one very nice looking Avant. Tempted, but I would have to sell my SUV first.
