  • New to me R32

After a while on the forum, I just got a car that was worth posting on it, I guess in the same spirit of what is on the forum.....

    So, here we go:

Pretty sure some of you will have an air of deja vu....

Not much planned for it as winter is coming and some rust fixing will need to be done on it so she is going to be parked.

First impressions are pretty good, seems to be a fun car with a gorgeous exhaust note, good handling, braking and somehow comfortable (between a really soft and old 03 Passat wagon and a 91 Miata go-kart) and of course the engine always there when you need it from well...... 1000 rpm to redline.......
The only low side of the car is headlights performance so something will need to be done about it. Not sure for now if I want to mod the factory headlights with fogs or find a used regular set to add a Hid projector inside.
Aristos will certainly find their way back to the car as well as I really like the look of them on the MK4.

Had mine for 3 years, put ~60,000km on it, sold it for a few grand more than I bought it for. Pretty good deal if you ask me. I needed something bigger and wanted to take advantage of the decently low km's on it to keep it a high resale value. My avant is faster in a straight line, but I sure do miss the sound!
