Regardless of the the breakfast location, a pub like the Seanachie can handle large groups for Sunday Breakfast without reservations or prior organization. They have great cheap food because it is a dead time for them. We had 15 -20 last weekend and I know that we could not have got a group that size through a Denny's or Ricky's on Sunday morning.

Why? Because every once in a while you take a look to see how things are going. Take comments and suggestions and see if we can improve on something good to make it even better. Evolution my friend

It's all talk for now...

We have a large enough group of friends here in eurodrivers that we will always get various opinions as to what is better. No changes will be made unless it's a slam dunk.

For the last 2 years Patryk and myself, along with a hand full of others, have been very regular to these meets and I think I've seen you there maybe once or twice? Again no offense, but maybe those who come out ALL THE TIME, summer and winter, can have more of a say what happens here

Take comments and suggestions and see if we can improve on something good to make it even better.

I think your trial run thing is bang on Rod. Trial the breakfast thing... if it gets popular... then breakfast it is! If it doesn't work... it doesn't work. In the end, I think the breakfast will bring out all the existing ED'ers while the coffee events will attract the occasional new ED'er. To me, having both events won't hurt... but they will definitely serve different purposes.

OK, so this is the option I am thinking...


2nd & 4th Sundays
9:30AM - 10:30AM Seanachie Pub Breakfast
10:00AM - 11:00AM Second Cup Coffee

All Other Sundays
10:00AM - 11:00AM Starbucks Deerfoot Meadows

I think keeping the coffee meets at the same time across the board is important for the sake of consistency. The half hour gives the coffee people an extra half hour to wake up and get coffee before the breakfast people come outside to chat. Every month, will have 2 breakfasts and coffee meets at Weshills while all others will be in Deerfoot Meadows. Parking in Westhills will be where Bob suggested.

OK? Are we good??

Sounds good to me. Being that we are in a 5 sunday month, I assume this sunday will be Starbucks?
