    Re: Club merchandise

I dont want to step on toes, being new here, and if there's a supplier you guys regularly work with, then great, but over on the Western Subaru Club, we've done several hoodie/t-shirt/lanyard, etc group purchases with Anthony over at Stage2 Clothing. He's based in Edmonton but if its a big enough order, I'm sure we could figure out a cheap way to get them down here.

He's done usernames on the sleeves, club logo's, etc.

    Just a suggestion

      Re: Club merchandise

I think we should change up from the usual eurodrivers across the chest maybe put that down the arm and username or logo on the chest.

and hopefully we can find some better hoodies than the last batch.

Ooo I like that idea, RSS!

As for quality hoodies, don't you worry about that. If I don't like it, it won't get picked. Also, I could probably bring in a sample during a meet and see what people say. It'll definitely be an ongoing process as we kick things off.

This. I think the hoodie will look much better with just the writing on the sleeve. Everyone knows i'm not shy to introduce myself at meets or shows. Those who dont know me probably dont come to meets anyways

i just think if ur gonna come to meets, you should learn peoples real names instead of just forum username.... i think it would look pretty lame in my opinion anyways.

                    Re: Club merchandise

I personally think the huge logo down the sleeve is tacky and not my style/i would not even consider wearing one. Think of the username like a hockey or soccer jacket with your number on it or something, it doesn't need to be huge or noticable at all but if everyone takes their hoodie off and puts them on chairs at a meet or something how are you going to tell who's is who's? At least that is my preference, do what you will with it

I love the design of that zip up with the logo down the sleeve.
I'd be in for one but i agree with others on the username. I don't like that idea.

I think having the username would be cool, I'm okay with or without.

I don't like the huge logo down the sleeve and would want a pullover hoodie rather than a zip-up.

Again, those who come out to the meets tend to know each other. We dont need a name on a hoodie to identify them. I highly doubt those that never show up to ANY meets or events will consider spending money on a hoodie with a car forum name on it.

For the guys who don't like the name down the sleeve what is your suggestion? I just don't need another shirt with eurodrivers written across the front i have 4 of those already.

I too vote for a pullover vs the zip up as that is what I primarily wear. Besides that the last zip ups with the giant hood and reverse elastic bottom has left me with bad hoodie memories.

                                Re: Club merchandise

Pullover ones work for me. We could look at the possibility of having the option of the logo on the front or on the sleeve. I personally like it on the sleeve. We can do up an order form with some simple options. ie. size, colour, logo placement, user name and pullover/zip up... Prices may vary depending what options you choose.

Start with a base price for the hoodie, and add to that depending on what options you want i.e. user name or no user name, etc...

Colin, in this case, it would probably be a pain to do for you. We would probably have to outsource something like this.
