I could spray your car most likely. If you ordered in all the plastidip and taped/prepped/cleaned everything. Not a big fan of prep work, being a prepper myself. But I don't think you can get a gloss black effect out of plastidip

You don't sand the car for Plastidip, you just spray over the paint. I doubt he is volunteering to give you a paint job.

^ yeah sorry for the confusion. Paintwork and plastidipping a car are very different. I wouldn't want to actually paint your car but plastidip wouldn't be an issue. And Mitch is right, you just clean the paint and plastidip over it. If it needs some body work or bondo or anything you would do that too but you wouldn't need to prep the whole car!

A decent paint job will run you anywhere from 2k-10k depending on the level of prep you do.

Anything less than 2k you're wasting your money and will need to re-do it in a couple years/look like crap.

I have a plastidip spray gun, and I've sprayed and dipped lots of things, I can spray it next Friday aug 8th.
