Those look like VW motorsport wheels.

Good eye, these are VW Motorsports wheels in 18".
There is a 19" version made for the passat but I kept it at 18" for better ride quality on road trips.

I feel I have too much wheel inside the wells, ECS flush kit time?

Looks good, but I do think with some spacers would be even better!

                    Re: Project: Coal and Fire

Added some wheel spacers. +10mm front +20mm back. Looks a lot better.

Also hit a pothole and killed the right side bearings - apparently a common failure on Mk7 golfs. I've ordered in the parts and will replace hubs on all 4 corners this weekend. While I was in there I noticed the right front caliper was sticking and had uneven pad wear so that is being replaced too.

Car looks great with all the details! I really wanted to pick up a white set of those wheels if i hadn't already got some. If you need an alignment afterwards I highly RPI equipped if you haven't been there already, great guys to deal with. Time for some GTI brakes?

                          Re: Project: Coal and Fire

Replaced all 4 bearing and the caliper, not sure why but the caliper was binding pretty bad, the inner pad was paper thin while the outer was almost new. Rides like new again!

Got our first snow a few days ago and it's time to bring it in for winter tire swap and hopefully GTI exhaust + GTI rear valence.

Ordered some new parts for install when this cold snap clears up!

Some parts are back ordered so I won't have them for another 3-4 weeks.

Sneak peek, can you guess what these are?
