Tires can be staggered as long as they fall within 4% rolling diameter on quattro&haldex. The difference between a 235/35/19 and a 245/35/19 is 1.04%. It wont giver you any issues.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I will need something in the same size, I have an Audi and mismatched tires are hard on the AWD, different size is even harder on it. Thanks though!

I know this is a stretch, but looking for a pair (two) of used (they can be well used) 245/35R19 tires. I recently had a suspension issue which burned through two of my four Conti DW tires and just need something to get me through the rest of the summer.

Preferably looking for another set of Continental tires but any pair of used summer tires will do.

Please let me know if you happen to have something that will work!
