    So...

People will get used to ignoring that girl. Better hope the real version stays off the roads.

lol awesome video. However this idea is absolutely retarded. At first, people will slam on their brakes, causing rear end collisions all over the place. Then once people get used to it, they'll completely ignore it, and i'm willing to bet that the first kid who steps out anywhere near one of those illusions, will get creamed

That video was funny. You could move the speed bumps around because people would expect them to be in the same place lol. You have to love the element of surprise.

Back when I was in Kamloops, BC a few years back, they had speed bumps that were about the size of my hood. They were just massive and if you didn't do less then 30 over them you'd scrape your front end, maybe even lose a bumper. I tried to find a picture of them but I can't find one. If anyone can find one it's on Shubert Drive in Kamloops, BC. They are higher and longer than the ones that are in the area of Glenmorgan SW.

    /\/\ HAHA thats awesome.

But back on topic, I think that painting this on the roads wont stop people from being stupid. It will cause more accidents at first, then when people know its not real it will be ignored like all the other road signs.

exactly, seems like a ridiculous idea as people that drive there often will just become desensitized.

yea I agree with this statement, I find subconsciously your reaction is to jam on the brakes when something runs out. I still find myself tapping the brakes when squirrels run out. that is too bad that they mention parents dropping their kids off are the worst offenders, it seems parents these days have lost their maternal/paternal instincts.

I remember there was a trail a few years back in London over inflatable speed humps. If you were over the limit they would inflate up.

It's right by my parents' place. The people there think they own the roads and can do whatever. And the rest are so old that they can't even see over the dash. This is going to cause more accidents than save lives, for sure.

So in East Van, will the 3-D images be crackheads and prostitutes? And BTW anyone know if "Crackheads" is one word or two...never had to spell it before!
