I was pulled over with another car last year, went to court, and the judge threw both out because the cops pulled us both over...DEFINATELY FIGHT IT!!!

Damn right you fight it. If you haven't already, make detailed notes and include everything, time, lighting, line of sight, weather etc... Then do some looking around on line, as with porno, chances are someone's done it already. If not, worst case Ontario just go down to the courthouse, talk to the crown and they'll usually cut you a deal. If you can make a case for yourself, so much the better. The court system doesn't like trials and if they think you have a chance to win they'll fold faster than Superman on wash day in order to avoid the time trouble and costs.

Your best bet is also to have a proposal for what you think the Crown should give you instead of the charge you have now. Find the most similar charge with the lowest amount of demerits and pitch that.

I didnt know you can radar 2 people at once.....but ya go see the crown get him/her to reduce the fine. I dont think you would have much of a chance at court or reducing the demerits. It never hurts to try!

You can always fight it. I don't think you have much to go on though. On the other hand, it seems most guys are given a break if you do dispute it. If it was a 110 zone, i think he just gave you a break by putting 135+, putting you in the 25 over category instead of the 30 over category, without 'lying' about what he wrote down.

... chances are you'd have more luck disputing it if it just said 135, without the plus, because then it would be inaccurate

So on my way from lake louise, after passing through canmore I was about 30 km to cochrane and going about 150. I was catching up to a civic in front of me and I notice a cop on the turn around things so i nail the brakes and slow down to 110. The cop pulls out and sure enough he flips on the cherries. I pull over. He pulls over behind me and the civic pulled over to. He drives around me and pulls behind the civic. So at this point "AWESOME" my lucky day! I go to drive away and the cop hops out onto the road and waives me back over. One officer in the car goes up to the civic and writes him ticket, the other officer comes up to me and writes me a ticket. He laser'd me doing 147 but the wrote the ticket for 135, so i was pretty happy about that but on the ticket he wrote 135 "+" now does that make the ticket invalid or fightable? and can i fight it on the grounds that civic was going that speed?
