I just got an email from iTunes basically upon review, the charges were deem fraudulent and I will be credited within 3-5 business days.

I had my account hacked once, had a whole $14 since in no way will I give apple my CC#. Someone used it all up to buy bugs bunny cartoons :/
Apple did refund me rather quickly though.

that's what i'd do! i love bugs bunny. i think paypal connects to itunes, so that is a solution.

I guess it might take 2-3 weeks to clear up according to some forum posts. BTW how the hell can I buy an app on the bus when I have a 5th gen iPod Nano which is tied to my laptop at home which was off and not connected to WiFi. Not like it was an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad that I can download straight from iTunes.

i think he was talking about iphones or ipad 3g specifically. yours was probably "hacked" by phishing. i don't like using the word hack with phishing or guessing or reading someones password

thats why you change your itunes password alot.. i see people buy apps on the bus,etc and people next can easily read your email addy and see your password being typed :/
