some friends of mine from California have been getting played on the radio here...its really strange to hear actually. Their album is nice to drive to.

Band is The Neighbourhood, single is Sweater Weather and album is I Love You. i cannot believe the recognition they are getting all of a sudden, the singer is an old friend of mine that used to be a no name rapper. Crazy.

Back when I used to head up to the mountains for some skiing, we'd take off at around 6:00AM to pickup friends and such and I would always start off the ride with this... before my time, but still got me revved up for the rest of the day

That brings me back to family trips as a kid. Parents would toss all of us in the back seat on a big mattress, no seat belts, CCR blaring on the radio. Still great road trip music.

Sometimes I like to put the top down, put my hair up in a scarf and drive up the coast with this in the 8-track
