If you have nothing important, take it off and try to find your problem with out your charger running.
The intake air will come from the bypass, it would be easier to find a vacuum leak.
As mentioned before, a smoke machine would be the best....

I am sure you have a knock sensor in your system so, for the future, don't bother to replace your gas. Fill up your tank before storage, gas doesn't go bad that fast in a closed full tank. I have done it for the past 6 years on our summer car with out issues. Coming back in driving season, I go for a nice/easy and long drive with the car before replacing the oil and add new gas. And yes, this summer car is supercharged.
Thanks! Unfortunately everything is connected to one belt and I don't really want to start the engine so I guess I'm after a smoke machine now

Right now to me since the MAF has been removed it really sounds like the PCM is having an issue balancing your A/F ratio

I have my own Ford Vcm and if you need a hand let me know. Never dealt with an aftermarket PCM but I am sure it is programmed specifically to your VIN
We tried to scan it but the oem ecu via obd2 port only shows what I have deleted, and thanks I'll definitely let you know if I need help

    MAF sensor reconnected?
Reset car by disconnecting battery and reconnecting?
    New coilpack might be defective?
The wires are marked for each cylinder so they're definitely in the right order,
coilpacks would be seated properly since we checked it like 5+ times,
injectors haven't been tested yet but the car is so loud we don't know how to test it with a screw driver,
the car doesn't run a maf sensor,
battery disconnected and ecu reset multiple times doesn't help,
we also swapped coil packs around to make sure they work
