ps.. bmw sells this stuff called gummi phledge that is supposed to be good for squeaks but it maybe for the rubber not the hinges

Fluid film works great on these hinges... Canadian Tire sells it.

lithium is best. it won't eat and rubber parts in the door over time. the rubber in door stoppers and bumpers isn't always oil resistant.

It looks like the dealership used some sort of white lithium spray grease on the hinges? I have a small creak coming from my driver's door and was curious what type of lube I should use. I figured I could spray some WD-40 in there but it the creak would come back, and what lube was in there would just be washed out by the WD-40.

Suggestions?
