make sure you replace the uppermounts at the same time.
as for bushings i'd go rubber.
So u think my struts could be done? Springs as well?

Personally I think at over 100K kms your struts are near the end of their life

Alright maybe i should start with sway bar bushings then. I have done those before on my jetta so i will try that first.

Upper strut bushings/bearings = strut removed, spring compressor
A arm bushings = removal of a arm, vice, press of some sort
Sway bar bushings = can be done on vehicle, pain in ass

Well it think it is some bushings for sure. Just not sure which ones. It only does it at slower speeds, like in parking lots or pulling onto my drive way.

At normal road speeds bumps dont make it creek at all. Seems to be slower and when the weigh of the car is being shifted.

Is it when you turn the wheel in on direction or the other? or just going over bumps, and such?

I had a creaking noise when I turned the wheel to the right on stock suspension at 65,000km and I just replaced the strut mount/bearings when i got koni coilovers and the noises went away!

bushings will creek, and often do on the front of an mk4. not too hard to replace.
