We won't see the new Golf VI GTI here in the States till August/September of 2009 as a 2010 model. Until then VW will have very limited numbers of 2009 Golf V GTI models available, so if you like the current style, scoop one up now. Pricing on the new Golf VI GTI is expected to stay close to the same price as the existing 2009 Golf V GTI.

Wonder if I can wait till then for a new car???

Dual exhaust, better interior...."electronic LSD"..that better not be the EDL junk from Audi that just uses the brakes to force power transfer to the non-slipping wheel. If XDS is the real deal, I may have to trade my GTI in once the 5-door comes out.

Too bad about the TSI engine though, I would've loved a high boost version of the 1.4TSI twincharger....

Still technically a concept at this point so will have to wait for more details and also have to see NA spec over the Euro spec too, I would think we wont be seeing this till a 2010 model if we are lucky.
