= good idea.Originally posted by Kordain View Postfor that special piston retracting tool, dont go and buy it, go and buy your pads from parts source and ask to rent the brake caliper master kit, the rental is free (requires refundable $100 deposit) if you buy your pads there and it has every fitting for every car.

2006 Jetta Rear Brakes Removal
Hey guys,
I havent posted on here for a while but i did have a question.
My Fiance has a 2006 Jetta 2.0T and I am going to replace her rear pads and rotors. I noticed you need a special tool to remove the brake calaper brakets. I believe its one of those triple square tools? I just need to know what size? (6, 8, 10, 12 etc)
Thanks!Tags: None
