Not to thread jack here but I'm wondering about cosmos doing painless dent repair? My insurance company said PDR is a go.

Now that I'm looking for a shop to fix my car, does anyone know of one that would make it easier to get aftermarket parts put on during the process. I'm trying to work the R front end to the repair, and think it would be best to get a shop that deals in VW body repairs.

Ok, thanks for the comments...and yes the first thing I did was report the accident. The adjuster came out today, and it looks like I'm going to get a 4 wheel alignment too...good thing, put the winters on 45min before the crash!

The oem R32 bumper covers are alot more than the golf bumper covers. Other than the bumpers all of the other parts are the same between the golf and the R32. If you're replacing and painting parts I'd fill the hood and bumper notches and throw a badgless grille in there.

Thinking its probably going to be pretty close in price, but yet again, mk4 bumpers aren't worth anything anymore......

OK, my 2005 Golf TDI took a hit in the drivers front end. I'm thinking about putting an R32 front end on it, just curious about the price diff...any ideas?
