    So Tunedub checked out out when they did the half moon/cam tensioner gaskets but unfortunately George wasn't there when I picked up the car. Since then I will report that I filled it up and went to Benalto to drop my car off for paint and drove it back today, its just under a 1/4 and I'm at 400km's now....so seemingly back to normal. He either put it back to Stage 1+ or perhaps my N80 resistor wasn't plugged in properly I messed around with it and tested with a meter to be sure and so far so good. I will call George to find out if he did indeed revert back to stage 1+....if the way the stage 2 is written using that much gas with stock injectors and fuel pump well that's no good. I'll just keep it at stage 1+

    consistently for the last 3 or 4 tanks I get basically the exact same mileage. Gotta be something in the tune/programming not allowing fuel trims to adapt. Car seems to run completely normal. Its not a fuel filter, bad coolant temp sensor or any of that stuff because I believe it would fluctuate and gradually get worse. Thats not the case here. Scanning the car gave me normal numbers and no codes...I have not been able to log any values while doing a 3rd gear pull at WOT which will probably tell me more...

    Goes to Tunedub on the 22nd. They did my Unitronic Stage 2 upgrade once I had my boltons done and thats about when the problem started. I only drove it for a couple weeks after my SAI/evap/n249/n80 deletes before I got the stage 2 so dont really recall if I had the issue with stage 1+. Seems like I only got 450ish before though...so maybe I've had an issue the whole time I owned it and it's magnified by the mods.

    Anyway hope Tunedub will tell me more. I'll post what it was when it's found. Thanks everyone!

    Just going out on a limb;
    Is your fuel gauge (dash &/or in the fuel tank) working properly?

That will be the first thing I replace along with cleaning my air filter (put it on maybe 10K ago) and changing that boost gauge line from the FPR to an open port on the intake mani. Till I get it scanned I'll see what this does.

    Thanks for all the suggestions!

    This may sound a little strange but my BMW had a very leaky fuel line, and i did about 175km before it ran out, I couldn't figure out the issue because gasoline evaporates on the ground, i fixed the leak and 450+ per tank easily. I suspect you have a bad fuel leak somewhere in the system, a clogged maf or o2 sensor shouldn't make it that bad.

    If you can't smell 30 litres of gas leaking go see a doctor.

    Super easy to switch out the door lock modules or the switch itself. You can buy the switch and just fit it into place, i have one at home i need to do also. And i have a spare lock module so i can do the switch replacement then swap the module itself.

    Did you get the fuel economy issue solved at all?

    Some people have had success changing the micro switch in the lock module. I couldn't do it when I tired, other option is a new lock module
