  • ES2 Evolution

    Thought there may be a few interested in my eS2 evolution project, I am already updating on 2 forums so am not going to here as well... but for those of you interested I am updating my progress on the Project Pad and Motorgeek...

    Little elbow grease and the right product goes a long way to cleaning throngs up (POR15 degreaser)

        Thanks, it is certainly taking a little longer given the change in scope...

        The noise / heat control inside the car was the lizard skin - both the heat and sounds control.

              Put the engine and tranny in yesterday so that I can do all of the final mock up / make sure everything works... had them in in an hour, didn’t even need the hoist which was nice or garage door would have had to go up.







              Tight fit...


              Making hoses, everything is PTFE.



              Still need a few fittings to finish stuff off properly.




              Engine will have to come out o e more time, building wiring harnesses next.

                  Life and work got in the way - slid the car back out of a corner and have resumed work, albeit slow... I'll update with some pictures for those that are interested...
