Help Broke something while changing MAF... need help with part ID

Oops. Pulled a bit too hard releasing the hose underneath the TIP and broke it from its downstream connection. Along the rim of the plastic fitting. Oh well, never learn if you don't try it out yourself. FTR the rest of the MAF swap was a breeze. Once I know the car is good to go again I'll just have to realign the TB and I'll be all set.

Looks to me like some kind of breather hose? *guessing*

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

Does anyone know what the part number on the plastic 45* elbow? I believe that fitting goes into the TIP and will need to be replaced.

Looks like your PCV hose, but it's hard to tell from that diagram.

If you can't find the part you need, epoxy is your friend
