obviously a VR would not need this intercooler...
yes, it was meant for my 1.8t mk4 car.
it will however work perfectly for the TDI as well. i have seen posts on TDIclub in the past that have used this intercooler. the top pipe of the set-up just had to be modified.Comment

yes, this includes EVERYTHING to bolt into a 1.8t mk4 car.
and, yes, the kit is designed very similarly to the APR kit. this kit includes a new re-bar that incorporates the mounting of the intercooler "in" it. also, with the way this kit is designed, it does not hang the intercooler core extremely low like the APR kit,.. and doesn't require extreme bumper hacking (like many kits). this kit will fit above the OEM (or aftermarket) skid plate.
