335s are played to F in calgary (regardless of them being super nice/fun)

335's are popular and fast
s4 avant are comfy, but not fast (main thing i didnt like about my b6 S4)

i woud really like a lowered avant with wheels

27k for a 2004.5 is a tad on the high side, even with all that money in mods. Im guessing stock it would be a 13-15k car?

B6 Ultrasports Avants, are rare. Manual too? never for sale.

At the end of the day, its a rare-ish avant with 175k on the body, selling for well over double what the stock one costs. Its one of those cars that looks great, but at the end of the day its one of those cars where the owner places too much value in the mods, and he will be lucky to get in the 22-25 range, let alone 27.

Checking out AZ, there is a manual Ultrasport Avant with APR STage 3 and 150km for $15.5. You cant tell me the other stuff he has added is worth 12k second hand?

Agreed. Low 20's is what its worth. The whole selling game, starting with a higher price.
