I really regret not scooping a low KM stock one for like 22k last year.

Agreed, but its also sold with the stock RS6 wheels which is what i would love to run

20 acres in Okotoks for 1.75 is not a bad deal at all, I think the land alone would be worth more than that.

Not sure what these are worth exactly but for this price and the low km's and its a 6 speed not a auto like most are.

from what i have been told by a lot of insurance companies, the flood damaged cars are write-off's and deemed non repairable to avoid people trying to half ass fixing them and selling them to unsuspecting people.
