Car needs a parking brake cable on the drivers side. It has a clean title and the only rust is a small patch on the rear passenger door. PM me if you'd like to talk further as I don't check the forums that often.

5x108 I believe, fits volvos, newer fords (focus, maybe others). 18x8 offset is somewhere around 42 iirc
