I don't know uv23 at all, but I did live in the same building from new until a few years ago. It's less than a 20 minute walk to downtown, is very close to Earl's and Joyce on 4th, and is a very nice building. If you are looking for a condo and know your developers, this was an Assured project...they do nice stuff. g/l on the sale.

That's hilarious. I've lived here since 2003. I like the building and area so much that when I had to move a couple years ago (due to a break up) I moved into a different unit in the same building. What did you drive? I know there are frequently cars on the street out front with Concept 1 stickers.

The unit comes with a titled underground parking spot. There's also underground visitor parking for buddies.

I had a green 4 door Golf 1.8t (unmodified) and my parking spot was on the bottom level of the garage. My unit was 323. Is Mike still the on-site manager? He was awesome!

i have a friend in mission that scored a fully reno'd condo with slate floors, stainless apps,etc for 210 2 months ago!!! no ungerground parking tho

I'm giddy about the prices of downtown places right now. Come fall I'm going to pick up a DT place just to have a parking spot (rent the unit out w/o parking) and I figure I can lowball a small 1 BR on 3rd ave for nicely under $250.

UV's price isn't unreasonable - there are cheaper but a lot of those are in crap buildings with obscene condo fees.
