yeah $1200 is the going rate for them. They do have terrible light output though. If your going to dump big money hold out for the Oskara grill setup.

Yeeeeeaaaaaauuuuhhhhhh....................I paid a third that for the car. Now granted, I have done quite a bit to it already as far as the mechanical side of things go, but I dont think im willing to throw $1200 into the grille set up. Looks like its back to the original plan. Thanks for the input guys.

I am a die hard fan of the westy. Better yet make a homemade badgeless with some crystal housings, and your going to be the only one with it around here now (I don't have mine anymore).

Yeah Im a huge fan of the single rounds as well, but some out there seems to have the notion that they belong only on the MK1's. I agree that MK1 is God's VW, however I love the single's and think they may indeed find their way onto the front of the '89. I guess we'll have to wait and see. First of the year is "close to home"?????.

I don't quite understand what your saying. But single rounds are a stock headlight setup on the mk2, not just early bunnys and cabby's.

Closetohome is ??? Wait for the other "club" to figure something out. Usually though it is in May.
