Uh, can't you get like a new camera phone for like $50 from them right now? If you're trying to not have a contract the newest it will probably be is 2 years old as that's what most people go with, unless you want a V60, then I can sell you mine (for the right price of course )

i've got an older bell phone that i can sell for cheap.

used for about 2 years, it doesn't have the cool color display, but in terms of features and ease of use, its better than the phone that i currently have...which is the audiovox 9500 color flip.
