Thanks to everyone who came out, was a massive meet for sure, pushing 45-50 people so a big thanks for coming out, also a big thanks to those who picked up memberships and renewed theirs, your continued support is most appreciated.

Now with this many people we are running into problems with service and the bill, and the last few months we have been left with a bit of money owing on the end so you guys really need to make sure you pay your share as it is not fair for someone to cover you. We just barely covered the tab last night and we had to ask many people many times and I know of at least 2 people who put in way more than they had too.

I know people are not the happiest with BPs and I do think they could be a little more helpful with us, so I am going to try and talk with the GM and see if we can get somethings sorted out. The problem is I never know how many people are going to show, we have had from 3-50 so far this year, makes a bit hard to plan and not a lot of places we can just roll in with that many people and expect to be perfect.

I am also looking at trying some mid-month coffee meets, so more just hang out in the parking lot style so maybe we will rock one of those soon too.

A big thanks again to all who came out and some great looking cars out too!

In all honesty I bet everyone paid but the server seemed overwhelmed and incapable of using a calculator. If she would have separated it more at the beginning or had each person come up to the till and separate their total like they use to there wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately she seemed unwilling to do both.

I did think the Marda Loop Starbucks would be a great meet location, so I am thinking maybe May 27th, that too close to the next formal meet on June 4th?
