Only suggestion I can make based on past years is to maybe leave Tim's a bit earlier than 9. Its an hour drive to red deer, and the car wash takes AT LEAST 45 mins when you have 15 or so cars all washing and drying. Then another 15-30 to Sylvan, we'd be showing up around 11:15 which might limit us a bit for parking depending how big our group is and how big the earlier Calgary/Edmonton groups are.

Again, just a suggestion.

The main page has 109 confirmed attendants, but that doesn't mean 109 cars.

We have the entire parking lot if I remember correctly though too.

Since you guys are all driving in together and all it helps split up the big group so its perfect.

They have also requested you bring exact change for the registration, makes life a lot easier.

With all the small changes this year, 18+ cars driving up together and all doing a car wash, I really think that even leaving at 8:30 will be on the late side...
