Weather forcast looks shakey but lets shoot for a meet time of 8 for a bite somewhere. Any suggestions?

I was thinking maybe Vietnamese/Chineese food or something for a change-up from our typical BP fare. Pubs are probably a bad idea before racing... dunno what else to suggest.

If the weather is bad RaceCity will cancel the event, but you never know what will happen so I am in for whatever, cuz I roll harder then all you combined

Pfff whatever....haha. Well let me know what's up, I probably won't be online much more today so I may have to call a couple cell phones. I think i'm supposed to do something tonight but ignorance is bliss.

Edit: I cannot really provide much in the way of suggestions since I don't know the south AT ALL. I was gonna say white spot or something but if I remember you guys weren't really fans. So, i'm with Kor, Vietnemese or Chinese would be cool, and better for you than W/S too.

White spot is "okay", I only really went there once.

Some pretty good but small restaraunts that are "sort of" in the south...

Bill's Peking House (Chineese) - Corner of McLeod Tr and Canyon Meadows
Bagolac Saigon (Vietnamese) - Located by Chinook C-Train Station

I don't really know anywhere closer to Race City... I also don't want to be responsible if one of these places sucks, so hopefully someone else can either make a more confident recommendation or back me up!

OK, lets do vietnamese. It is quicker and easier than chineese. I really hope the storms come through early or late enough that we dont have to cancel race city. Especially as I may be able to get a driving instructor to come along.

So we are doing Vietnamese then, works for me cheaper then chinese too! Are we doing that place by Chinook station or somewhere else, and 8pm is perfect and if the weather sucls we can just find something else to do!

There's a decent viet. place in shawnessy too, might wanna check that out - in the same strip mall as the colliseum movie theater..Also, in avenida shopping center (off mccloud) there is another decent one..


Best viet. place is definatly on 16th ave, across the st from peters..can't recall the name but the service + food + price is unbeatable


as far as the comment of vietnamesse food being better for you than a hamburger..I dunno man, the broth is Pho is basically MSG water haha

Well I JUST found out that Amanda's brother is in town this weekend So I don't know, I KNEW this would happen. I still want to go, so we may drag him along so, Blair or Simon I may have to give one of you guys a call later. I defenitely want to check out the auto-x tonight so If I don't make dinner I'll try and come by after.
