Well it came in today.... My plan is it bring it to Calgary Muffler and see if the can custom build me the rest of the pipes right up to the primary CATS up just off the turbo's...

The tips look good, nice 3 inch crome finish

Me to but after looking under the 135 my questions were answered.

The exhaust has a free flow muffler section or so they claim+ the res. has been deleted...


What are your thoughts Ryan if i took this section had custom mid pipes made, to delete the center cats.???

Im not worried about gains since doing that will give me about 15hp of gain, but For sound im wondering if it would sound sick, or sound like SHOT

Stage 2 Dinan chip coming next month.

Exhaust was 1300.00 Shipping and tax in.. Its a bit much for a mid cat back, but our dollar is so bad right now. The exchange is killing everything...

Im still not sure im going to keep it yet, have to see what i can do for custom mid pipes...

I priced out a CP-E cat back today $1900.00 CND, again the Dollar is killing everything..

This is the CP-E one i wanted to get, and still might.. As you can see the pipes are nothing special in the middle...

This is why im wondering if i could replica this only with a BMW muffler...

that CPE sounds amazing! and looks good too! but that muffler sits pretty low!

the other related clips on youtube.. thier is than eisenmeis or whatever.. sounds weak in comparison!

what i would do is install this guy first.. see how you like it..

then mod the cats from there..

costs a bit more but the sound of this may grow on you..

I say send that thing back...go to an exhaust shop tell em to build u up a 3.5" and you will spend half the money and it will sound prob better/louder!

NOOOO THAT SOUNDS HORRIBLE, BELIEVE ME I KNOW, I HEARD ONE IN THE PERSON IN THE SUMMER HORRIBLE!!! it was a very bad LOUD sound!

Freddy PUT THAT THING ON AND DELETE THE 2ND CATS you will be happy! Also you need to get an intake to make it even louder and deeper.

personally id never spend 1300 on something that sounds stock, id take a chance by going custom and if it sounded like crap, in the end i know that i only spent half the price then something that has "bmw" all over it.

Ive heard your exhaust. I was the guy with freddy that day when you guys met up for the angel eyes.

In Freddys case i would personally go with something custom as its bound to give him what he wants. Just cause something is expensive doesnt always mean that its good.

While looking at the cpe mid pipes they look very simple, I'm sure for a custom shop to replica them would be easy, and probley be just as effective as the cpe ones..
