e46 vert= back seat, less expensive / easier to perform maintainance, hard top (if you're driving the car year round), less expensive aftermarket than a P-car

boxster S= more rewarding on a performance oriented drive (both cars in stock form), great build quility, cool-dude factor

i'm not a huge fan of boxters myself i say keep the bmw

Boxter always says to me i wanted a Porsche but i couldn't afford one so i bought a Boxter. Then the hole limp wrist questionable sexuality issues associated with the boxter. So i would stay with the BMW.

Keep the BMW. I fully agree with RSS. Boxter is the bottom of the barrell for porsche, and IMO isnt worth trading a nice BMW for.

Kepp the BMW, don't trade! I think another way to think about it is if you are talking strictly about which is more superior, then why would the Porsche owner want to trade a BMW?
