damn i hate CEL's

HELP! CEL's
so my intake tubing has been coming off alot lately, from the throttle body, throwing a CEL.
i tighten it on, and every two days it comes off again...
It makes the car chug like a bastard, and the throttle seems to stick when i put in the clutch

CEL's:

17536 fuel trim bank 1- too lean
17538 fuel trim bank 2- too lean
16891 idel control system RPM

anyone have similar issues?
anyone know how to fix?

I'd say the all three codes have to do with your tubing coming off of your throttle body. Throws the Mass Air Flow sensor way off throwing the codes.

B6 S4 right?

Dunno what the tubing looks like. Can you fit a T-Bolt clamp on it so it doesn't come off?

im going to take a look today after work.
perhaps change the filter and maybe a new clamp

so i replaced the clamp, and so far so good, i cleared the CEL.
