if i hadnt just paid for all my parts, i would sell my car for cheap and buy this in a heartbeat. i dont think the price is bad, and its OBO, only a month or so old.. someone please buy this.

Car is a salvage title. He has no receipts for any maintenance

That's why it hasn't sold. It's cheap, but its probably a ticking time bomb.
