I believe Stg 2 is downpipes and exhaust, and stg 3 is when you advance to a bigger turbo and programing for the bigger turbo. Then stg 3+ is bigger turbo with upgraded fueling. I could be wrong though

2- chip,exhaust
2+ - chip,exhaust,dps,ICs,etc
3 - k04s and whats mentioned in 2+
3+ rs6 turbos and 2+ goods.. or some tial/gt kit and 2+ goods

ie.. my car is 2+.. apr chip, gutted piggie downpipes, apr exhaust, rs4 intercoolers.. more than enough power for me
