  • Audi Valeo HID Ballast

Hi one of my HID's crapped out the other day. I have a B6 A4. Did some trouble shooting looks to be the ballast.
Anyone have an extra laying around or know where to get one for a good price?

    Thanks

ddm ballasts arent as good of quality as OEM. Ive heard people have issues with them.

I called one of the Chrysler dealers and they wanted about $200 for one, thats half of what audi wanted. Called GM since the Cadillacs use the same one they said $800!

Anway still shopping around let me know if have anything. Thanks

Not to hijack, but how do you know your ballast is out. The bulb is still good and the light won't turn on? My Golf's left HID doesn't come on about 10% of the time, maybe the ballast is on it's way out. Usually turning the switch off and back on fixes the problem
