    Hey Folks,

Looking for some advice/suggestions. I have a D2 A8L, and I am considering lowering it. I recently purchased some MRR HR3's and I like the way they look, they fill out my wheel well fairly good, but I cringe every time I see that dreadful wheel gap.

The problem is, I do not want to completely sacrifice my ride quality as right now the car feels like it is riding on a cloud. Ideal setup would be bags, but they are NOT realistic for a year round DD in Alberta. I was looking at lowering springs, but I feel like I would rub and bottom out a shitload with stock shocks. Coilovers would provide me with adjustable height, but the ride is not very smooth.

    Help me!!

I beg to differ about the bags, just make sure you do it right. Just make sure everything is sealed up nicely, you will have all summer to trouble shoot then you would be set for winter.

Pm me if you want to know any other info.

Does anyone have experience or suggestions with lowering springs for an A8? I am looking for a cost friendly fix at this point. School takes a toll on the cash flow situation :(

I've used Eibachs a bit on B5 S4's and C5 A6's, but not the A8. They work well, but they are quite low and somewhat stiff for a cup kit.
