Of course the first thing anyone does who wants to be a hero is add ignition timing. The phrase "Oh we can squeeze a few extra ponies for ya" *tweak tweak* 2 degrees of timing.

I dunno who tuned it. I just don't know why he'd let a car leave his hands with a massive misfire and think it's okay. It's better to say "I can't fix it" then "have fun ur car is done".

Hopefully that guy learned and will admit failure next time
