So i have a 2000 A4 1.8tqm, i purchased a ecu from someone on vortex with a giac program installed. I will be doing the swap when the ECU comes in and i am wondering if anyone knows whats involved with the swap as far as the immo. Since its 2000 im assuming it's Immo2? Im assuming i need to get vag-com to program it? or can i bring it to someone in town for the immo to be programmed or deleted for a decent price?
