Alternator or Battery?

Went out for dinner this evening, car made it there fine. Go to leave and the car has zero power.

Car sat for maybe 5 hours. Battery was warm to the touch. Jumped it, car started and made it back home but the volt meter was doing this:

The battery light was also flickering.

So new battery time or new alternator time do you figure?

Could just be the voltage regulator on the alternator, but not all are replaceable.

Seems like alternator issue to me. and the regulator is replaceable on the all road

Car made it from Whistler back to Vancouver with no problems today. Voltage was back to normal.

I'll look into finding a replacement ASAP though.

G my s4 did the same thing except it dropped down to 7-8 :(
