  • Decisions...

I have a feeling my DRC is crapping out.

Debating on KW V3's or a Stasis SL's as my next setup. Not sure about the Stasis MS. Help a brotha out. Likely no tracking until we get something in the future.

    Suggestions?

    Re: Decisions...

I really like the KWs personally. My dad likes his SLs too. Tough to go wrong either way, maybe look for a group buy and hop on that...

All I can offer you is that I've been running KW V3s on my B6 S4 for 4 years with zero issues. Ride quality is very decent for coilovers. I've read complaints of people blowing the seals on various other brands on AZ, never seen it for KWs.

Yeah, I've been reading a lot about the Stasis CO's and what is up with the removing and rebuilding to maintain warranty? As for the KW's, lots of praise on quality.

b spot: how much driving have you done with the 4 years those KW's been on?

I'm trying to find a new set at a good price, seems like they're all around $2499. Natty, can you help a brotha out? Please price me a set of PSS9's and if you could cop a set of KW's? I've been inquiring about parts, but it seems like when I do, the originals on my car are working normally again. (voodoo)

                Thanks guys!

I believe they have ~55,000km on them.

WHAT?? Why would you do something wasteful like that. Set it and forget it, 1 wheel alignment 1 time.

Well, my DRC crapped out. I wasn't surprised. Why didn't they just use a proper suspension set up from the get go? Ugh. Anyway, copped a nice set of PSS9's from Natty, thanks again man!

Can't wait to get these installed. First time doing a coilover setup, what's an optimal setup for the Calgary roads? I'm reading about the "4 front, 5 rear", i'm assuming that's the adjustment capabilities of the CO's, so how do you go about adjusting it?

                              Thanks guys.
