Keep the 335 or get a 05 M3?

I have the opportunity to snag a 05 M3, SMG, 122,000km on it, enthusiast owned and dealer kept for my 335i (107,000km) and I am very very interested (I've wanted an E46 M3 since they came out!), but I don't know if it's the best idea. Anyone have an opinions on the matter?

smg isn't very good, gear changes aren't smooth

Drive th m3, feel the dissapointment......
I almost bought one before my 135i.
im glad that I didn't buy one.
335 is a lot more fun, and the 335 responds insanely well to mods, where as the m3 doesn't.

The fact though is.... The 335 isn't a M3.

That and my modding days are done.

I'd take a 135 tho haha. I want a coupe again. 335 coups is ugly

I'd suggest an Audi.
I went from b6 s4-subaru STi-135i- a4 avant....
Couldn't be happier.

It was also an early b5... just saying, they've come a long way since the generation of audi that you owned. Wouldn't hurt to look regardless. Might change your mind
