It gets worse again, decided to have a look at the block today too. Just get it all prepped for paint ect. Well...**** that noise...it will make a good table next to new motherf**ken kick ass lamp.

Its going to get sorted...i promise that. The anger i have now will only make me push harder to get it done better then ever.

I did get a couple new parts in. Ive always ran Podi gauge im all my cars, not prepared to change what works for me. The 034 FW was donated from a good friend Nate. Thanks so much to him for that!

Couple updates, still working on reimbursement for the mishaps at shop #1. Once i figure that out ill update about that. Im pressing forward though. Sent the block to a second shop where they were able to hone another .002 out of the cylinder and get it to an acceptable (sort of) area. The #5 piston will ger a thick .003 coating on it to obtain the correct tolerance.

Block is home now, on a stand, and waiting on Por15 do i can paint it all up nice. Did get my powdercoating back today. Great work from the guys at Four Star Motors in Edmonton, really came through.

Bottom end is assembled. Plastigauged ALL bearings to verify clearances. Checked and verified all rod axial clearances. Everything is still in as new condition which is outstanding.

Pistons are ceramic coated and have a coating on the skirts as well. All rods were torqued to 50lbs ft and stretch measured as per ARP specs.

Pretty stoked.

And were moving forward again. Block is painted with 2 coats of Por15 gloss black. 90% of the accessories are bolted on, head studs in place, oil pan on to keep dust out.

Cylinder head went to Strongarm Cylinder heads in Panoka for vapor hone cleaning and my god it looks amazing. Rebuilding the cylinder head with Ferrea 6000 series valves tomorrow.

Thanks Blair, hitting some road block now waiting on parts and trying to figure out running the fuel lines. Plan is still by end of summer to have it on the road.

Well, another project come to an end. The Coupe sold today to a good friend locally. He took the Coupe, all the Euro parts, custom harness, S2 suspension and intercooler. All the 3B intake parts and so on. AAN and 7A blocks as well.*

For me this project became to much and i had to move on. Im glad it will go on to live in another enthusiast's stable. He owns a Silver coupe that hes doing an AAN swap and that car will get all the good AAN parts. This coupe will return at some point to a solid 7a car.

I will be keeping the engine i built and be putting that in my Urs4 thos summer instead.

The end of this project, but the Urs project will continue.
