    Ahahaha the faces of the drivers in their mirrors and windows are hilarious.

    They would have had no case if these guys hadn't videotaped themselves breaking the law!

    Note to club: Don't videotape me doing anything illegal.

    On a side note, can police just seize property (IE video camera) under suspicion of illegal activity without a warrant? Wouldn't that be illegal search and seizure in the states or something?

      Vehicles are not governed by that right unless they are within a garage attached to a private residence.

                Yeah, they have to have certian cause to search a car, there was some law passed about it last year I believe, they cant search your car unless they see open booze / you stank of wiskey or illegal smoke...or have your pants down with a laptop full of kiddy porn, like that guy in toronto haha
