Thanks again for the info Ryan I've run a search or two before with no luck I"ll just try again sometime, and yes that wheel is from RS6 I believe as the tip owner wanted to use it so he could hook up the paddle shifters from it.

it could be either.. you can swap the little logo out

i can't remember exactly i think its the airbag connectors or the mounts to the wheel.. a little searchy on AW should suffice.. i'm only 90% on the subject so

Rob that wheel in your pic doesn't look like an RS6 wheel to me. Says S4 on it

the standard B5 airbag we have does not fit the b5 RS4 wheel.. but the B6 and TT mk1 airbags do fit the B5 rs4 wheel

so you can get the sick alcantara or air leather rs4 wheel and the mk1 tt airbag and your set!

thats what i want to do. black alcantara wheel and TT airbag.. my solid black interior looks so HOT with the aluminum trim in it now gotta post pics up or check it at the meet.. i have the cluster aluminum rings in too..

now i just need to buy that new AWE boost gauge..

Awesome Ryan thanks for the info, I was hoping that the stock s4 wheel would work but whatever, do you know if the reasoning is because of connector differences, mounting points or both? I heard someone mention the problem was the wiring connectors being diff. before but could give no solid info. If that's true it would be easy to just splice it up.

This is the look I want to go for - the tip. I believe this is a RS6 wheel with the TT airbag, hawt!

So is our b5 airbag interchangeable with the mk1 TT airbag I've been trying to find this out for some time now and I'd rather know for sure before I buy one. Does anybody know?
