quite a few of us have done it a a few times this summer haha and once during the fall.

but we dont drive around all night haha we go to certain spots and hang out haha.

you can alter just about any part of a photo with photoshop, including seperating pieces of a photo (subject from background) and then adjusting colors and effects on each of them individually.

Many commercial photos nowadays are actually layers of many photos.
ie.
picture of a person taken in a studio
layered onto the a picture of a foreground taken somewhere remote
layered onto a photo of a fabulous sky
