  • MechEngg's Wolfsburg

Hey im new to Eurodrivers. Im on all the other forums but finally decided to join here. I have seen tons of you guys around the city so i figured its best to introduce myself by my car lol.

Two and a half years ago:
Bought 03 wolfsburg edition with 80K, tiptronic :(, silver.

    Two years ago:
Just painted the front grille black. Otherwise i kept it completely stock for the next year until it was time for a timing belt change.

Timing belt change was the first work i ever did on my car, saved a ton of cash and glad i did it cuz it was about to blow

I was looking for cheap mods and came across this obscure one so i took my lights apart one weekend and figured this out. Commonly known as the 5th brake mod...

    Subs in car:

Bit more "progress" with tinting tail lights and repeaters and side markers. Yes a lot of people hate them. I love them with the other modifications i have done to my car. They show up as almost a dark purple in the sunlight and a nice dark black at night which really brings out the crisp lines around the brakes.

Changed all brakes and painted calipers:

CHIPPED with Unitronic stg 1+ via the lovely guys at TuneDub

Skip forward almost a year haha, i was a poor university student that year. My stock bbs rxii's were getting retardedly pitted so i fixed the problem temporarily by buying d-bombs brothers rs4 rep wheels/tires. Also ran into some money being done school and got coils and dropped the car, to a few inches of its life my father believes haha.

    Spacers:

    How she sits today:

    PLANS:
Spring is always a good time for a 5-speed swap right? :P And engine build is in the future also including valves, aeb head, bored to 2.0, cams, rods, 9.5:1 pistons, large port manifold etc...all the goodies for a nice conservative 400 to the wheels eventually.

Anyhow this is my car, my name is Sean and im going to be coming around to the next meet probably with Pat & Tracy to meet all of ya. See ya then

I still like those wheels far better on your car than I ever did on my brothers.
