Yeah EIP has been out of business for a few years now, but their exhausts are highly sought after. Figured maybe you scored a good deal on a used one.

Do you have a full EIP exhaust or did you source just the tips? If its full exhaust, which one?

It's changed hands a couple of times since I had it. Chris? I think owns it now? That is funny, if you're still interested in the schmidts they are going to be for sale again soon I think, freshly polished and new tires on them!

    Re: New in town!

Had a busy weekend working on the R. Cleaned up a bunch of wiring under the hood from previous owner, changed out an oem hid with one of my spares to fix the broken adjuster, new euro switch, installed rear perches on coilovers to level the car out again, washed it and polished up the exhaust tips. Hopefully insure it next week!

Thanks dude! I've been lucky to have a few sets of nice/rare wheels fall into my hands. The 20th had schmidt race 2000's for a while, only set of 18x9's all around that I'm aware of. The mk2 td had OZ turbo's, 15x8's. The red mk2 had 14x8 steffan bcw's that were also extremely rare. Hopefully I find something for the R!

Yup, are you giving him a hand with the black jetta as well? I sold the td with the oz turbos on it to an old enthusiast on the island. Added it to his collection of buses and other older vw's. It'll be taken care of.
